Our standard staging package includes an initial hire period of up to eight weeks, which suits the majority of sales campaigns across South East Queensland. While eight weeks may seem like a long time, a successful sales campaign often includes property preparation, photography, inspections, negotiations and the contract period - meaning those 56 days can pass surprisingly quickly.
To achieve the best results, we recommend your home is professionally staged before your marketing campaign begins and that the furniture remains in place until the property is unconditionally sold. This ensures every buyer who inspects your home experiences it at its very best.
Unlike many staging companies, we own our entire furniture collection rather than hiring from third-party wholesalers. This allows us to respond quickly, maintain consistent quality, and offer greater flexibility to accommodate your sales timeline.
